A butt welding machine is designed to weld the two ends of a metal wire, such as joining two one-meter steel bars into a single two-meter bar. It can weld a wide range of metal materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and aluminum.
Touch welding: Place a metal wire on the copper welding head and bring the two ends firmly together. A high current is conducted to the metal wire through the clamp, generating a high temperature at the contact surface. Once the metal wire reaches a plastic state, apply appropriate pressure to the moving end to compress and join the two ends.
Pneumatic welding machine products are widely used in the metal products industry, including automotive seat frames, sun visor frames, square snake springs, special-shaped springs, pet cages, bicycle baskets, motorcycle accessories, metal box manufacturing, construction machinery repair, automotive parts, five-point spot welding, electrical switches, metal packaging, chemical containers, and more.
