A butt welding machine is used to weld the ends of metal wire together—for example, joining two 1-meter steel bars into a single 2-meter bar. It can weld materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and other metals.
Touch welding: Place a metal wire on the copper welding head and join the two ends tightly. A large amount of current is applied through the clamp to conduct current to the metal wire, generating high temperature at the contact surface. When the metal wire reaches a plastic state, apply appropriate pressure to the moving end to compress and join the two ends.
Pneumatic welding machines are widely used in the metal products industry, including automotive seat frames, sun visor frames, square wire springs, special-shaped springs, pet cages, bicycle baskets, motorcycle accessories, metal box manufacturing, repair of construction machinery, automotive parts, five-point spot welding, electrical switches, metal packaging, chemical containers, and more.
